Link Building Rankings
About us

We bought links for a living. Now we grade the sellers.

Link Building Rankings is researched and written by three specialists who spent their careers on the other side of this market — buying links, running outreach and writing copy. Every ranking is researched, written and checked by a named person on this page.

The team

One person owns the method, one owns the evidence, one owns the words. No byline, no publication.

How the work splits

Three separate passes, three separate names — so no single person marks their own homework.

Method

Criteria before order

The ranking criteria are written down before any provider is ordered, and the same criteria apply to every provider in the list. Dominic owns this pass.

Evidence

Nothing on trust

Every judgement cites its source — the provider’s own pages, terms and sample inventory. Nothing rests on a pitch deck alone. Sigrid owns this pass.

Words

Checked line by line

Reviews and guides are written for the person spending the money, then fact-checked before publication. Amy owns this pass.

What this site will not do

The short list, published so you can hold us to it.

  • Sell a position. No provider can pay to appear, move up, or soften a review. Inclusion is editorial.
  • Guarantee a result. No list can promise what a provider will do for your project. A ranking narrows the field; the decision stays yours.
  • Hide the reasoning. Criteria, weights and evidence are published on every ranking — compare them for yourself.
  • Ignore mistakes. Corrections go through the route on the methodology page — acknowledged inside 5 working days, answered inside 20.

Where this came from

Link Building Rankings began in 2024 as a shared scorecard the team kept while buying links for client projects — who delivered, who substituted, whose “niche sites” were link farms. The first public rankings went up in 2026. The scorecard habit stayed: every provider is checked against its own sales pages, terms and sample inventory before it is ordered.
