Best Insurance Link Building Services — 2026 Ranked

Rhino Rank is the best insurance link building service for 2026, ahead of Stellar SEO and Click Intelligence. Curated per-link placements start at $60, while digital-PR retainers start around $12,000 a month.

Published: 2026-09-06Updated: 2026-09-06Evidence cutoff: 2026-09-06Methodology: M1.3

Rhino Rank is the best insurance link building service for 2026: a published insurance case, per-link prices from $60 and stated dofollow terms give buyers more to inspect than any rival here. Stellar SEO suits local agencies chasing risk and claims publishers, and Reboot Online is the compliance-aware digital-PR alternative for carriers.[1][2][5][11]

Prices split two ways: per-link edits and guest posts in the low hundreds, and earned-media retainers from about $12,000 a month. Do not buy one when you need the other.[2][6][21]

Shortlist by destination. Location pages point to Stellar SEO or The HOTH, product and quote pages to Reboot Online or Siege Media, and defined per-link orders to Rhino Rank.[2][5][13][15][19]

Rhino Rank

Rhino Rank logo
Best for

Insurance brands buying contextual existing-article links[1][2]

Introduction

Rhino Rank sells Curated Links: contextual links placed into existing, traffic-bearing articles after topical matching, ordered per link across referring-domain tiers. An anonymous insurance client ran them for 12 months at a provider-reported $2,800 a month. Buy single placements or hand the campaign to the managed service; site pre-approval is available if asked in advance of the order.[1][2][3]

What they do

Curated Links insert contextual dofollow links into existing articles, with white-label reporting and a 14–21 day delivery target. The managed route adds an audit, keyword and competitor work, monthly reports and a proposal within 48 hours.[2][3]

Our verdict

We recommend Rhino Rank for most small and medium businesses and agencies that want insurance links inside existing articles rather than commissioned posts. The published insurance case, per-link pricing from $60 and stated dofollow terms give our readers more to inspect than any other entry here. The trade-off is a thin published compliance workflow and no stated local-market mapping, so confirm both before ordering location pages or regulated copy.[1][2]

Strengths

  • An insurance-specific Curated Links case with live per-link units from $60.[1][2]
  • Stated dofollow placements with white-label reports and a 14–21 day target.[2]

Limitations

  • No published legal-review step for insurance copy, and the case client is unnamed.[1]
  • No managed entry price is published as current this round.[3]

Price and engagement

Curated Links at $60, $85, $100, $132.50 and $210 across referring-domain tiers, delivered in 14–21 days with stated dofollow terms.[2]

Locked terms dated 5 September 2026 replace delivered links for 12 months and cap first-order refunds at $550 claimed within 14 days.[4]

YMYL anchor handling

The case says varied branded, generic and exact-match anchors matter more on YMYL sites than elsewhere.[1]

What the order buys

Existing-article insertions, not commissioned insurance journalism. Buyers supply the target URLs and the anchor mix is agreed per package.[1][2]

Managed route

A proposal follows within 48 hours of budget, URL and keywords, mixing curated, guest and visual links. The entry price is not published as current.[3]

Stellar SEO

PBS 64.6SFS 67.5OS 66.0
Stellar SEO logo
Best for

Local agencies targeting risk and claims publishers[5]

Introduction

Stellar SEO builds insurance backlinks for independent and regional agencies competing with national carriers. Fulfilment is custom outreach plus guest posts on real sites with organic traffic; the guest-post FAQ turns away casino, gambling, adult and essay work, not insurance. Manual blogger outreach uses in-house writers, a 27-point screen and DR30-plus sites carrying traffic.[5][6]

What they do

DA-banded guest posts at $297, $397 and $600 per link with 750-plus words and stated dofollow terms. The insurance page steers links to service and location pages and asks that locally relevant domains form part of the mix.[5][6]

Our verdict

We recommend Stellar SEO for independent and multi-location agencies that need risk- and claims-relevant publishers with location-page targeting. Published per-link prices, stated dofollow terms and compliance-aware positioning for financial brands make it our most inspectable agency pick. Agencies that need custom site approval should ask for the outreach path, since standard packages are provider-selected. The trade-off is the lack of a named insurance client in this pass, so treat sector delivery as promised rather than shown.[5][6]

Strengths

  • Explicit insurance publisher classes, from risk and claims to local news, with destination-page guidance.[5]
  • Published dofollow guest-post units with buyer-facing amounts.[6]

Limitations

  • No named insurance client. Custom site approval sits on the outreach path, not standard packages.[5][6]

Price and engagement

Guest posts at $297 for DA30-plus, $397 for DA40-plus and $600 for DA50-plus per link, with 750-plus words and stated dofollow terms.[6]

Volume discounts from ten links, with fifty-plus quoted in bulk, and an about-30-day target.[6]

Local targeting

The page is written for metro and regional agencies rather than national carrier campaigns, with a checklist ask that locally relevant domains form part of the mix.[5]

Compliant finance placements

Guest-post positioning covers financial brands that require compliant placements. No attorney or compliance sign-off step is stated.[6]

Click Intelligence

Click Intelligence logo
Best for

Insurers ordering managed blogger outreach[9][10]

Introduction

Click Intelligence runs a dedicated insurance link-building page fulfilled through blogger outreach. Campaigns combine industry and competitor research, manual outreach, unique content and contextual links, and the service is also sold white-label to resellers. Buyers choose hands-off ordering or a pre-approval variant covering sites and content.[9][10]

What they do

Industry and competitor research, manual outreach, unique content and contextual links. The insurance page lists local and international SEO alongside link building.[9][10]

Our verdict

We recommend Click Intelligence for insurers that want a managed blogger-outreach service with a choice of approval levels. The dedicated insurance page and pre-approval variant suit buyers that want oversight without running outreach. Its local and international listing also suits brands buying across markets. The trade-off is thin published detail on compliance, destination mapping and named delivery, so ask for insurance examples and sign-off steps before committing.[9][10]

Strengths

  • An explicit insurance service page with optional pre-approval of sites and content.[9][10]
  • Local and international SEO listed beside link building for insurers.[9]

Limitations

  • No named insurance client, and no shop amount is shown as current this round.[9]
  • A leftover template sentence about a blockchain business remains on the insurance page.[9]

Price and engagement

No buyer-facing amount appears on the insurance or blogger-outreach pages read.[9][10]

Approval choice

Pre-approval lets buyers agree sites and content first, while the non-approval route is the cheaper hands-off option.[10]

Local and international scope

The insurance page lists local and international SEO beside link building, which suits brands buying across markets.[9]

Reboot Online

PBS 56.4SFS 72.5OS 63.9
Reboot Online logo
Best for

Carriers commissioning compliance-aware digital PR[11][14]

Introduction

Reboot Online sells insurance SEO for providers, brokers and insurtech, with off-page digital PR earning links in trusted publications. Its content service works to FCA-type regulatory standards while staying publishable. Digital PR builds data-led campaigns and product-page links with international coverage. Named work includes a German car insurer and a Uswitch car-insurance campaign.[11][12][13][14]

What they do

Surveys and statistics pitched to national and regional automotive and business media, plus data visualisations that earn inner-page links. The German car-insurer case targeted regional and national coverage; the Uswitch campaign targeted its car-insurance URL.[12][13][14]

Our verdict

We recommend Reboot Online for carriers and comparison brands that need compliance-aware digital PR with product-page links. Named insurance campaigns, FCA-aware content handling and international reach make it our strongest sector fit for regulated teams. Ask for the measurement plan up front, since reporting ties to rankings, organic performance and commercial impact. The trade-off is quote-led engagement with no per-link menu, so budget for a campaign rather than a unit price.[11][12][14]

Strengths

  • Named insurance delivery with explicit FCA-aware content handling.[11][12]
  • International reach with product-page link acquisition.[13][14]

Limitations

  • No buyer-facing digital-PR amount appears on the pages read.[11][14]

Price and engagement

Pricing is quote-led; the pages read carry no current retainer or unit amount.[11][14]

Regulated copy

The insurance page says content must balance FCA-type rules with clarity. Keep legal sign-off with your own team regardless.[11]

Named campaigns

A German car insurer earned 110 domestic links in five months with a provider-reported 22% domain-rating rise, and Uswitch earned inner-page links to its car-insurance URL. Both figures are provider-reported.[12][13]

Rank 5

Stan Ventures

Best for

Brokers needing approved insurance guest posts[7][8]

Introduction

Stan Ventures runs an insurance link-building offer for insurance websites and names FCA Insurance Brokers as a client since December 2021. Its guest-post product uses manual outreach with domain and article approval, contextual dofollow links and a quote inside 24 hours. Insurance sits in the general niche; grey-niche pricing covers gambling, crypto and CBD.[7][8]

What they do

Niche setup, outreach, site approval, expert writing, publication and white-label reporting. FCA Insurance Brokers is provider-reported to have grown from 117 referring domains to 440 after cleanup and building.[7][8]

Our verdict

We recommend Stan Ventures for brokers that want to approve every domain and article before an insurance guest post publishes. The named FCA Insurance Brokers engagement and domain-level control suit careful buyers, and pricing is quote-gated to the brief. Confirm the replacement condition in writing, since lifetime cover needs an active plan. The trade-off is a weak published compliance workflow, so keep legal sign-off on claims and copy with your own team.[7][8]

Strengths

  • A named insurance broker client with provider-reported referring-domain growth.[7]
  • Pre-approval of every domain and article.[8]

Limitations

  • No public insurance unit price is published.[7][8]
  • Lifetime placement cover needs an active plan within 60 days of a replacement request.[8]
  • No insurance legal-review workflow is published.[7][8]

Price and engagement

Insurance and guest-post prices are quote-gated, with quotes inside 24 hours; no buyer-facing amount appears on the pages read.[7][8]

FCA Insurance Brokers

The provider reports DR 25 with 117 referring domains at the start, later 440 with 321 from DR30-plus domains after disavow and building. Treat this as a provider report, not an independent test.[7]

Approval workflow

Outreach, site approval, expert writing, publication and white-label reporting. Confirm the replacement condition before ordering, since lifetime cover is conditional.[8]

SEO.co

PBS 59.9SFS 61.8OS 60.8
SEO.co logo
Best for

Insurers wanting publisher-approved editorial campaigns[22][23]

Introduction

SEO.co is an insurance SEO company whose execute phase includes white-hat link acquisition across technical and editorial teams. Its link-building product runs six methods with in-body links, approval of every publisher and piece, no PBNs and monthly portal reports. A live feed shows an editorial finance-vertical placement.[22][23]

What they do

Blogger outreach, niche edits, broken-link building, syndication, local citations and digital PR. Insurance reporting is tied to revenue, and the portal logs domain, URL, anchor, rating and live status per link.[22][23]

Our verdict

We recommend SEO.co for insurers that want publisher and content approval inside a broader SEO engagement rather than a standalone link menu. Approval gates, in-body placements and revenue-tied reporting suit careful in-house teams. Its no-PBN rule and finance-vertical example give buyers a clear starting point for diligence. The trade-off is the absence of a named insurance delivery example, so ask for sector samples and confirm pricing in writing.[22][23]

Strengths

  • Approval gates on every publisher and piece, with no PBNs and no author-bio links.[23]
  • Insurance reporting tied to revenue rather than vanity metrics.[22]

Limitations

  • No named insurance client and no amount on the pages read.[22][23]

Price and engagement

No current price appears on the pages read.[23]

SEO plus links

The insurance URL is an SEO offer that includes link procurement, not a standalone per-link menu. Scope it as a retainer or alongside ad-hoc work as the page states.[22][23]

Method mix

Six stated methods span outreach, niche edits, broken-link building, syndication, citations and digital PR, with a finance-vertical example in the feed.[23]

Rank 7

Siege Media

PBS 52.9SFS 65.4OS 58.8
Siege Media logo
Best for

Insurtech brands running data-led earned media[19][21]

Introduction

Siege Media is a content and digital-PR agency behind a named Embroker startup-insurance campaign, with insurance comparison brand The Zebra on its homepage. Its digital PR builds data-driven stories, claims more than 7,500 media partners and refuses to buy links or mentions. Campaigns earn coverage rather than placing it.[19][20][21]

What they do

Content assets on startup statistics and adjacent topics that earn links to bottom-funnel pages such as the startup-insurance URL. Digital PR starts around $12,000 to $15,000 a month where Siege creates and promotes the content.[19][21]

Our verdict

We recommend Siege Media for insurtech and comparison brands that can fund data-led earned media over several months. The named Embroker campaign and page-level targeting suit teams chasing competitive insurance terms. The trade-off is the retainer starting around $12,000 a month with no mention guarantee, so only buy in when editorial coverage itself is the goal. Its refusal to buy links keeps every placement earned.[19][21]

Strengths

  • A named insurance client with page-level targeting on the startup-insurance URL.[19]
  • A published digital-PR starting band for this round.[21]

Limitations

  • Earned mentions are not guaranteed.[21]
  • No geographic insurance process is stated, and campaign outcomes are provider-reported.[19][21]

Price and engagement

Digital PR starts around $12,000 to $15,000 a month where Siege creates and promotes the content, with a smaller retainer possible where the client supplies content.[21]

Embroker

The provider reports more than 150 links and first place for startup insurance within six months, with traffic rising from zero to 40,000. Treat this as a provider report, not an independent test.[19]

Earned, not bought

Siege states it will not buy links, so placements depend on editorial pickup. That distance suits regulated brands but removes any placement promise.[21]

Tied at rank 8

The HOTH

The HOTH logo
Best for

Local agencies combining SEO with link acquisition[15][16]

Introduction

The HOTH sells SEO for insurance agents covering service-page optimisation, content, guest posts, link building and local listings. A Canadian insurance-comparison case ran HOTH X, including HOTH Blogger, after a December 2020 start. Engagement begins with a consultation and a choice of hands-on or hands-off products.[15][16]

What they do

Consultation first, then hands-on or hands-off SEO products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the insurance page. Links arrive inside a wider mix of content, service pages and local work rather than as a standalone menu.[15]

Our verdict

We recommend The HOTH for local agencies that want SEO and link acquisition in one managed programme rather than a links-only retainer. Service and location-page coverage with local directories suits multi-office brokers. Buyers who need defined per-link units should choose a placement-led provider instead. The trade-off is that the flagship insurance case is a mixed HOTH X programme, so read its traffic growth as SEO-wide rather than link-driven.[15][16]

Strengths

  • A named Canadian insurance-comparison case run through HOTH X with HOTH Blogger.[16]
  • Local-agency targeting across service pages, location pages and directories.[15]

Limitations

  • The reported traffic outcome covers mixed SEO, not links alone.[16]
  • No price appears on the pages read.[15]

Price and engagement

The insurance page asks buyers to schedule a consultation to discuss pricing; no amount appears on the pages read.[15]

Mixed programme

The case reports a large traffic rise over about a year across content and links. Do not attribute that figure to backlinks alone.[16]

How engagement starts

A consultation sets the product mix, delivered hands-on or hands-off, with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the insurance page.[15]

Buyer guide

Insurance publishers and claims matter more than volume

Insurance is a Your Money or Your Life sector, so the publisher and the sentence matter more than the link count. Reboot Online says insurance content must meet FCA-type regulatory standards, Stellar SEO says financial brands need compliant placements, and Rhino Rank's case warns that anchor mix matters more on YMYL sites.[1][6][11]

Ask where each link will sit and who reviews the copy before it publishes, then keep legal sign-off with your own team. Risk, claims, finance and local-news pages beat generic blogs for this sector.[5][11]

Generic blogs and repeated commercial anchors are the weak route here. Judge every provider on the relevance of its publishers, not the size of its inventory.[1][5]

Separate local agencies from carriers and comparison brands

Local brokers live on location pages and local publishers. Stellar SEO writes for metro and regional agencies with locally relevant domains, and The HOTH pairs service pages with directories and community terms.[5][15]

Carriers, aggregators and insurtech brands usually need product-page digital PR instead. Reboot Online earned links to a car-insurance page for Uswitch, and Siege Media targeted Embroker's startup-insurance page.[13][19]

Buy the motion that matches the destination. A location-page brief sent to an earned-media retainer wastes money in both directions.

Realistic channels for insurance links

Three channels recur across this page: curated insertions into existing articles, guest posts on finance and insurance-adjacent sites, and data-led digital PR that earns coverage.[2][6][8][14][21]

Match the channel to the page. Existing-article links and guest posts suit defined placements at known prices, while earned media suits brands that can fund a campaign and live without a placement promise.[2][21]

Rule out owned networks before ordering. Editorial.Link turns away sites that sell links and SEO.co rules out PBNs; hold every other provider to the same written standard.[18][23]

What to ask a provider before ordering

Stan Ventures, Editorial.Link and SEO.co all advertise publisher approval, Click Intelligence offers a pre-approval variant, and Rhino Rank states site pre-approval is available if asked in advance of the order.[3][8][10][18][23]

Ask whether the product is marketplace inventory or managed outreach, and whether mentions are guaranteed. Siege Media will not buy links and guarantees no mentions, which is honest earned media rather than a placement SKU.[21]

Get the accepted niche in writing, confirm claims sign-off and destination pages across auto, health, life and location lines, and settle who approves publishers before anything goes live.

Budgets and what they buy

Per-link buying sits in the low hundreds: Rhino Rank's curated units run $60 to $210 and Stellar SEO's guest posts run $297 to $600. Earned media is a different budget line, with Siege Media's digital PR starting around $12,000 to $15,000 a month.[2][6][21]

Do not compare the two as one basket. A per-link unit buys a defined placement; a retainer buys a campaign whose coverage is earned and unpromised.[2][21]

Every other provider here is quote-led, so fix the scope, the unit count and the remedy in the quote before signing.[7][14][15][23]

Compliance review of published content

Reboot Online publishes the clearest insurance content handling, working to FCA-type standards, and Stellar SEO positions its guest posts for financial brands that need compliant placements.[6][11]

Ask who writes insurance sentences, whether you sign off before publication, and what happens to a placement your compliance team rejects.

Health, auto and life stay on this page

Broker, agency, health, auto and life briefs all belong here rather than on a general finance ranking. Reboot Online serves providers, brokers and insurtech, The HOTH serves insurance agents, and Stellar SEO writes for independent and regional agencies.[5][11][15]

Insurtech overlap with software and finance rankings is a cross-read, not a reason to leave this page. Start from the insurance offer, then compare outward.[11][20]

FAQs

Do insurance companies need different links from other finance brands?

Yes. Insurance is its own regulated sector, and Stellar SEO argues risk, claims and local-news publishers beat generic finance blogs. Reboot Online adds that copy must meet FCA-type standards, which generic placements ignore.[5][11]

Can links point to quote or location pages?

They can where the publisher allows it. Stellar SEO steers agencies toward service and location pages, Reboot Online earned links to a Uswitch car-insurance page, and Siege Media targeted Embroker's startup-insurance page. Confirm acceptance per placement, since publisher rules still apply.[5][13][19]

Is digital PR better than guest posts for insurance?

They buy different things. Guest posts and curated edits buy defined placements from $60 to $600 in this pass, while Siege Media's earned-media retainers start around $12,000 a month. Choose placements for defined links and digital PR for coverage; neither guarantees rankings.[2][6][21]

Can we approve sites first?

Often. Stan Ventures, Editorial.Link and SEO.co advertise publisher approval, Click Intelligence offers a pre-approval variant, and Rhino Rank states site pre-approval is available if asked in advance of the order.[3][8][10][18][23]

How much do insurance link building services cost?

Rhino Rank's curated links run $60 to $210, Stellar SEO's guest posts run $297 to $600, and Siege Media's digital PR starts around $12,000 to $15,000 a month. Every other provider here is quote-led, so treat any single figure as dated and fix scope in the quote.[2][6][8][21]

Will the provider write copy my compliance team can approve?

Sometimes. Reboot Online publishes FCA-aware content handling and Stellar SEO mentions compliant placements for financial brands. Most providers here do not specify a legal-review step, so keep sign-off with your own team and confirm it in writing.[6][11]

Are case-study traffic numbers independently verified?

No. The Rhino Rank, HOTH, Stan Ventures, Siege Media and Reboot figures are provider reports, and the HOTH and Siege campaigns mixed content work with links. Read them as evidence of activity, not as independent tests of links alone.[1][7][12][16][19]

Do you include PBN or marketplace-only sellers?

No. Everyone ranked here sells managed placements or earned media on third-party sites. Editorial.Link turns away sites that sell links, SEO.co rules out PBNs, and Siege Media will not buy links at all.[18][21][23]

How this ranking is built

This ranking compares 9 providers.

Two scores produce this ranking: the Provider Buyer Score from our M1.3 methodology, and the Service Fit Score from this page's fixed insurance rubric — publisher and YMYL relevance 0.18, compliance-aware content 0.16, line-of-business mapping 0.14, local and multi-market targeting 0.12, campaign deliverable 0.12, demonstrated delivery 0.12, placement specification 0.08, outcome measurement 0.08. Rules and dates

  • Ties: providers are grouped when their Overall Score gap from the group leader is below 0.5; tied providers are ordered alphabetically. Rank and tie status above are store-derived.
  • Conflicts: the most buyer-favourable specific current public promise that would reasonably form part of the purchase is credited. The conflict is recorded unless the versions can be reconciled; the same promise is not counted twice.
  • Display rounding: PBS, SFS, and Overall Score are calculated from unrounded production values and displayed to one decimal place.
  • Evidence cutoff: 2026-09-06. Page last updated: 2026-09-06.

Editorial standards and corrections

Every provider fact on this page cites that provider's own current pages, read on 6 September 2026 and dated in the source list. Where a provider has not published a term, the comparison says so directly — an absent term is not a bad term.

The Service Fit Score is the weighted sum of the insurance rubric criteria. The Overall Score is sqrt(Provider Buyer Score × Service Fit Score), computed at full precision. Providers less than 0.5 points behind a group leader share that group's rank and appear alphabetically. Where a provider's own pages conflict, the more specific promise counts and the conflict stays disclosed.

Evidence closes on 6 September 2026, and this edition was published on 6 September 2026. Prices and terms change, so treat every figure as dated.

Spot an error? Every provider profile on this site carries a Request a change form, and anyone — provider or reader — can submit evidence through it. We acknowledge within 5 working days and respond substantively within 20. Successful corrections produce a corrected record and a dated public correction note.

Rhino Rank's crawler copy this round shows a managed entry of $500 a month against a rendered $250 seen on 5 September 2026, so this page publishes no managed amount for Rhino Rank.[3]

Stan Ventures advertises lifetime placement cover on its guest-post page, but replacement needs an active plan within 60 days of the request. Treat the lifetime headline as qualified until Stan Ventures confirms which wording governs an order.[8]

Quality statements come from published provider terms or attributed provider reports. Prices and terms change, so treat every figure as dated.
